Because Microspun Products has a strong R&D spirit we design filter structures and filter cartridges that are dedicated for the specific applications of our clients. Having the outgoing data, we design the filter structure, and then follow according to a scheme:
The fast reaction time can be examplified by the cooperation with one of our customers. In the end of the year 2004 one of our customers asked us to design CCV filters for Diesel engines. Two weeks later, after designing filter structure, Microspun Products manufactured first samples, that were sent to Customer for tests. First filters made for the Customer turned out to be much more efficient than the company expected. In the beginning of 2005 Customer asked Microspun Products to start production of filter elements. In the end of Spring 2006 Microspun Products was asked to prepare a production line with the capacity of 1.000.000pcs/year. In about six months Microspun Products designed and manufactured machines and equipment that would suit the expectations of the Customer In the end of October 2006 the production line was approved and launched. |
